Use of Page Insights
We use the "Page Insights" analysis function of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; "Facebook") on our fan page.
Meta Platforms Ireland and we are joint data controllers for the data processing in the Page Insights analytics feature. The basis for this is an agreement on the joint processing of personal data, which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum .
Meta Platforms Ireland assumes primary responsibility according to the GDPR for data processing and fulfills all obligations under the GDPR with regard to the processing of this data, including the information obligations under Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, the rights of the data subject under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and the Security requirements of Articles 32 to 34 GDPR. In addition, Meta Platforms Ireland will make the essence of the joint processing agreement available to data subjects.
The Page Insights feature is for advertising and market research purposes, to provide you with more relevant content and to develop new features that you may find interesting. Meta Platforms Ireland uses cookies that enable an analysis of your visits to the fan page. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the fan page is usually transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA.
