Have you heard of Veganuary? The idea is to eat consciously and exclusively vegan in January. A month of action to promote the vegan way of life. Why is there a need for such a month?
Most people still do not live vegan. At the same time, many have of course already heard about vegan nutrition, but are reluctant to give up meat dishes because, for example, they think they would be missing something. Or they simply have no contact with vegan nutrition in their lives and may have prejudices or diffuse ideas.
This is exactly where the Veganuar comes in. There are now countless people who deal with the vegan lifestyle and share their knowledge, be it recipes or practical tips for everyday life. This month of action is meant to bring vegan issues together with non-vegan people. From our point of view, you can approach Veganuary in a way that suits you, whether as an inspiration, a fact-finding mission or a challenge.

Of course, it would be great if many of us ate vegan more and more often. Think you won't last a month? Then maybe take a different approach: don't set goals that worry or even scare you. Maybe just try a week, a weekend or just individual meals, e. g. only eating salad for dinner (you should only eat light and not so much in the evening anyway). Remember, though, that a vegan diet is just as flexible and rich as any other.
No matter how you do it, just start.
